Once a year Portland has a "bridgewalk" for people to walk over one or two of the ten Portland bridges across the Willamette River. This shot was taken from atop the Fremont Bridge during one of those walks. The Fremont is a freeway bridge, so pedestrians are not ordinariy allowed on it.
